Dan Eisenberg is a senior counsel with the firm, bringing some twenty years of experience in the fields of intellectual property, business transactions and litigation.
Dan’s is well versed with technology matters, having conducted patent and trademark preparation and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in the fields of computer hardware, business methods, software, web applications, gaming systems, and mobile devices. His work has included conducting interviews with patent and trademark examiners in response to office actions, conducting hearings before the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, and consulting with clients regarding IP (intellectual property) strategy.
Dan’s extensive legal career includes handling complex litigation matters in the fields of intellectual property, business transactions, and personal injury and property damage. He has handled all phases of litigation, including: witness interviews, depositions, trial conferences, pleadings, discovery, motions, bench trials, and appellate briefs. Dan has secured favorable judgments and settlements in the vast majority of his cases, resulting in significant savings to clients.
Dan also formerly founded and managed the intellectual property law firm Premier Law Group, where he successfully represented hundreds of clients. In this capacity, he negotiated settlements in litigation and pre-litigation matters, and represented clients in patent infringement, copyright infringement, trade dress infringement, contract disputes, and trade secret matters. He also secured numerous patents, trademarks and copyrights for clients, as well as attending to business transactions matters, including confidentiality, assignment and licensing agreements.
