Emmanuel Rivera has been practicing law for over 16 years with national firms based in the Pacific Northwest, Silicon Valley, and Austin.
Mr. Rivera has worked with and represented numerous high technology corporations, including Intel, Microsoft, Amazon, Hewlett-Packard, Texas Instruments, Boeing, Dell and others. Recently “Patent Buddy” selected Mr. Rivera as a top patent prosecutor, where two percent of the registered 30,000 plus United States patent attorneys were so chosen from a survey of other patent attorneys.
Mr. Rivera was a partner at a firm that was recognized in 2010 and 2011 by Intellectual Asset Management Magazine as having the highest quality patents.
Mr. Rivera is also a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and member of the Washington State Bar.
He holds a Master’s of Laws degree from the John Marshall Law School, a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Seattle University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
Aside from an extensive background as an engineer with Hughes Aerospace, Boeing, and Raytheon, he has experience working with business units at the Boeing Company. Emmanuel understands how technology and business are leveraged to achieve clients’ goals.
